Things to do in Los Cabos

Off road rides on the Pacific side, a weekly art night in San José del Cabo, sunset cruises and turtle releases on the beach. Here is what Katy has actually done.

More things to do

  1. Pacific beaches, late summer into winter

    Sea turtle hatchling releases

Katy released hatchlings into the Pacific at sunset, then watched a mother turtle come ashore to nest while biologists guided the group in total silence. Hatching season in Los Cabos runs roughly August through January, according to Visit Los Cabos (opens in a new tab).

On the water

Spend a day on a boat

Cabo's coves, rock arches and clear water look their best from a boat. Katy's own yacht day photos, shot with her drone, show why so many trips here end up on the water.
